BUYING GUIDE

If your personal balance does not have enough funds to complete the purchase, you will see a notification indicating insufficient balance.
You can:
- top up your personal balance using the available payment methods, or
- choose to pay directly at checkout (if available).
Once funds are added, you can continue with your purchase.
After a successful payment:
- You will receive a purchase confirmation on the website.
- A trade offer will be sent to your Steam account by the platform’s automated system.
- After you accept the trade offer in Steam, the purchased skin will be delivered to your inventory.
Please ensure that your Steam trade settings allow you to receive trade offers.

REFUND
Skins are classified as digital content (virtual items). By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun.
For this reason, all completed skin purchases are final and cannot be reversed, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Once non-delivery is verified, we will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a refund or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently using your payment details, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
We will investigate the situation. If the funds are still within our system and the transaction can be stopped, a refund may be issued. If the funds have already been transferred or the skin delivered, a refund may not be possible.
Approved refunds are normally processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and may take up to 14 business days, or longer where required by banks or payment service providers.
If the original payment method does not support refunds, the refunded amount may be credited to your personal balance on cs2champs.com.
